REVIEW: Race to Witch Mountain

So it's, like, a flashback to my childhood with the released 'sequel' to one of my favorite movies as a child. Escape to Witch Mountain. It's a movie I used to force my cousins to watch everytime I went to visit since it wasn't one of the million and half that my mom bought. I don't know why.

REVIEW: Bride Wars

So this was the second time that I made it to this movie, and it was just as good as the first time. I think that the wedding planning period is probably the weirdest time in a person's life. Planning that big wedding where you and everyone close to you is centered around flowers and clothes and color-schemes that you will be so sick of by the time you're done planning that you'll never want to see them again. Everyone gets so obsessed with the menu and the guest list and the seating chart and music and dancing. Its fun and its not fun. Its important and its bullshit. Its special and its generic. Its unique and its cliche. Its all just so weird. The wedding becomes the complete focus, especially if its a short engagement and you're on a tight schedule.

Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, & Dodge!!!!

So I just got back from the drive-in where I saw DODGEBALL! And can I say that it was one of the funniest movies I've seen in quite a while (I say one of because the funniest movie EVER was (and is) EUROTRIP!)!? Vince Vaughn is a hottiehottiehottiehottie!!!!!!!!!!! I'd definately give it 4 stars out of 5! Only 4 because EUROTRIP and the first two AMERICAN PIES got all 5 because they have all the elements. (AP3 only got 4.5 b/c it just wasn't as funny, I think Stifler might be loosing a little bit of his edge!) I totally recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys puns, ball-violence, stupid gym owners who masterbate with pizza, and a VERY scary Missi Pyle. Oooo... a question to all those reading... Does anyone this that Missi Pyle is pretty when she looks normal (not all the extra eyebrow hair, fucked up teeth and black hair and that freaky little mole)? Anyway, I liked this movie, even though it was a Ben Stiller flick. Lately, I haven't been too fond of Ben Stiller's movies! GO SEE IT!
